We aim to describe gemstone materials accurately and transparently.

Where applicable, product listings may identify the gemstone type, material, color, shape, growth method, treatment, or other relevant characteristics.

Customers should review the individual product description carefully before purchase.

5. PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Prices are generally displayed in the currency selected on the website.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include:

8. SHIPPING

Roman Center ships internationally to eligible destinations.

Current shipping terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page.

At present:

  • Complimentary worldwide shipping is available on orders over US$100.

  • Orders under US$100 are charged a US$30 shipping fee.

  • Orders may be shipped using DHL or another trusted international courier.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary by destination, customs processing, courier conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS

International customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements of their destination country.

Depending on the destination, an order may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • VAT or sales tax

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Brokerage fees

  • Documentation requirements

  • Local restrictions

Unless otherwise stated, such charges are the customer's responsibility.

Roman Center is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for a customer's failure to complete required import procedures.

If a parcel is returned to us because the customer refuses delivery, fails to complete customs clearance, provides an incorrect address, or fails to pay required import charges, any refund may be reduced by actual shipping, return, customs, or related costs, to the extent permitted by law.

10. RETURNS

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Shipping & Returns policy.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Returned items must generally be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Undamaged

  • Unaltered

  • In original condition

  • Returned with any included packaging or accessories where applicable

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

11. RETURN SHIPPING AND REFUNDS

Where a return is requested because the customer changed their mind or selected an unsuitable product:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The actual original outbound shipping cost of US$30 may be deducted from the refund, including where complimentary shipping was originally provided.

Where an item is materially damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us promptly with photographs or other supporting information.

In approved cases caused by our error, Roman Center will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

12. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized products

  • Engraved products

  • Custom-cut gemstones

  • Custom-carved items

  • Resized jewelry

  • Made-to-order jewelry

  • Special-order materials

  • Products altered at the customer's request

  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized alteration

Because these products are produced or modified specifically for the customer, please confirm specifications carefully before approving a custom order.

13. CUSTOM PROJECTS

Custom projects may include gemstone cutting, carving, jewelry design, special sizes, unusual shapes, crystal materials, and other bespoke work.

Before production, we may request confirmation of specifications such as:

  • Material

  • Color

  • Shape

  • Dimensions

  • Carat weight

  • Ring size

  • Metal

  • Design

  • Quantity

  • Reference images

Production times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Because many custom products involve handmade or specialized processes, reasonable minor differences may occur between drawings, digital renderings, samples, reference images, and the finished piece.

Once custom production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

14. CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once it has entered processing, production, customization, or shipment.

Custom-made and made-to-order products may become non-cancellable once production begins.
