These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Roman Center website and any purchase made through romancenter.com.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. PRODUCTS
Roman Center offers lab-grown gemstones, crystal materials, gemstone carvings, jewelry and custom-made products.
We make every effort to display product colors, dimensions and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the characteristics of individual gemstones and crystal materials.
For products made from gemstones or crystals, minor variations in color, inclusions, growth features and appearance are normal unless otherwise stated.
2. PRICING
All prices shown on the website are displayed in the selected currency.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or duties will be shown or communicated where applicable.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Roman Center reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- Payment cannot be authorized
- A product is unavailable
- There is an error in product information or pricing
- Shipping restrictions apply
- We are unable to fulfill a custom request
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.
4. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.
We currently accept major credit and debit cards supported by our payment provider, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and China UnionPay where available.
Additional payment methods may become available depending on the customer's country, currency and checkout configuration.
Roman Center does not directly store customers' full payment card information.
5. SHIPPING
We ship internationally using DHL or other trusted courier services.
Orders of US$100 or more qualify for complimentary standard international shipping unless otherwise stated.
Orders below US$100 are charged US$30 shipping.
Estimated delivery time is generally around 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Production or preparation time is separate from shipping time.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
Roman Center is not responsible for customs delays.
7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible ready-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Shipping & Returns policy.
For non-quality-related returns:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A US$30 original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, including orders that originally qualified for complimentary shipping.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition.
8. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Custom-made, specially cut, engraved, resized, personalized or otherwise made-to-order products are final sale and non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item differs materially from the confirmed order specifications.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom gemstone cutting
- Custom gemstone carving
- Custom crystal materials
- Special sizes or shapes
- Custom jewelry
- Engraved or personalized products
9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the item
- Photos of the packaging where relevant
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Roman Center will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair or refund.
For confirmed quality issues or incorrect items, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by Roman Center.
10. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Ready-stock orders may be cancelled before shipment where possible.
Custom orders may not be cancelled once production, cutting, carving, setting, engraving or other customization work has begun.
11. PRODUCT CARE
Gemstones and jewelry may be damaged by impact, chemicals, excessive heat or improper handling.
Customers are responsible for following reasonable care instructions.
Roman Center is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, unauthorized modification or improper repair.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including photographs, product designs, graphics, text, logos and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Roman Center unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.
13. WEBSITE INFORMATION
We aim to keep all website information accurate and current, but errors may occasionally occur.
Roman Center reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change prices and modify website content at any time.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roman Center will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of this website, delayed delivery, customs clearance or misuse of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Roman Center may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version published on this page will apply to future use of the website and future orders.
