SHIPPING

International Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL or other trusted express couriers.

Orders of US$100 or more
Complimentary international shipping.

Orders under US$100
A flat international shipping fee of US$30 will be charged at checkout.

Most international orders are delivered within approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local holidays and courier conditions.

Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Roman Center is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

14-DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept return or exchange requests for eligible ready-to-ship items within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be undamaged and in its original condition

• Be returned with its original packaging and accessories

• Not have been altered, resized, engraved, recut, polished or modified

• For loose gemstones, not have been mounted or set into jewelry

After your return request has been approved, please ship the item back according to the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If you are returning an eligible item because you changed your mind, selected the wrong item, do not like the color or appearance, or for another reason unrelated to product quality:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

For orders under US$100 where a US$30 shipping fee was paid at checkout, the original US$30 shipping fee will not be refunded.

For orders of US$100 or more that received complimentary shipping, US$30 will be deducted from the refund to cover the original outbound international shipping cost paid by Roman Center.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees paid by the customer are also non-refundable.

Example

If you purchase a US$150 item with complimentary shipping and later return it for a non-quality-related reason:

Order value: US$150
Original shipping cost deducted: US$30
Refund: US$120

The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Roman Center.

EXCHANGES

Eligible ready-to-ship items may be exchanged within the same 14-day period.

For non-quality-related exchanges:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.

• A US$30 outbound shipping charge will apply to shipment of the replacement item.

• Any price difference between the original and replacement item must be paid before the replacement is shipped.

If the replacement item costs less, the eligible balance will be refunded after applicable shipping deductions.

Customized items are not eligible for exchange.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Because customized products are created specifically according to individual requirements, custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Non-returnable customized items include, but are not limited to:

• Custom-cut gemstones

• Special sizes or shapes

• Custom gemstone colors or material requests

• Gemstone carvings

• Engraved items

• Custom jewelry

• Jewelry made to a requested size or specification

• Resized or altered jewelry

• Special-order materials

• One-of-a-kind pieces made specifically for the customer

Before production, customers are responsible for confirming all specifications, dimensions, colors, designs and other agreed details.

Natural variations in appearance, slight color differences between screens and physical products, or minor variations inherent to gemstone cutting and hand-finishing are not considered manufacturing defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, has a confirmed quality issue, or is different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• A short description of the issue

• Video if necessary to demonstrate the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, Roman Center will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

No US$30 outbound shipping deduction will apply to returns caused by a confirmed error on our part.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit-card provider or payment service to post the refund.

The following amounts are generally non-refundable for non-quality-related returns:

• Original international shipping charges

• US$30 outbound shipping cost for orders that originally received complimentary shipping

• Return shipping costs

• Customs duties

• Import taxes

• VAT

• Brokerage or clearance charges

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are strongly encouraged to use a tracked and reliable shipping service when returning items.

Roman Center is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed before they are received by us.

Please do not ship a return before contacting customer service and receiving return instructions.
